Adapter doesn't show up in the scan
Ignition on, adapter light blinking, and do not pair it in iPhone Settings. MAVI is verified with one adapter; check which one.
Connected, but the dashboard shows "--"
The truck's computers are asleep. Turn the ignition fully on. MAVI shows "--" instead of guessing when a value isn't available.
MAVI AI says it can't verify my subscription
Open Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases, then try again.
Cancel or get a refund
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com. See the refund policy.
